How's it going?

The JustXchange site has been up for almost six months ... how is it going? Does anyone have any stories of Xchanges that have worked? Or any problems you have had?

The main thing that needs to happen to make this thing work is to get more people signed up. We need critical mass! JustXchange has no marketing budget so it's all down to word of mouth. We should all try to encourage one person to join!
