Thanks to all who came along to our last communal meal at Louise and Alan's home in Gilnahirk. It was great to meet new people, and as always there was some great food!! Who knew kale was so great as a salad leaf (well probably lots of you - but Xchanging is all about sharing and learning!!). Hopefully there will be some more Xchanging going on as we made connections and were re-inspired!!

There will be another meal in March - details to be confirmed!!

Thank you to everyone who came along to our first (of many we hope) justxchange meal. We met together for a pot-luck style meal, which as ever worked perfectly. There is a new topic under the forums where people can post the recipes that we were all wanting to swap.

There were familiar and new faces and though the gathering was small it was full of interesting conversations, information about justxchange and even the initial exploration of the possibility of justxchange-derry.

So the site is up and running and it is good to see that there are some people signed up. I would encourage us all to try and do an actual xchange in the coming month. (I know - I'm busy too :-)) But I think it will encourage us all to see if this is a thing that will work and that we want to keep going if we actually try it out.
