A Belfast based exchange system based on the currency of time, where your hour equals my hour.

Belfast-X-Change is a website where people can credit/debit time from their account to someone else for services rendered.

This allows for people to not just exchange with one person, but use their hours where they need to.

Each person will have a login which gets them into the main part of the website, they will have a password for their own part where they can access their personal account. They will also have a profile page where they can say what they are offering and possibly what they are looking for too. There will be space for feedback on the service they offered.
